Player evaluations will be held January 27, 28, 31 and February 3, 2018 for Rookie 7 (seven-year-olds), Rookie 8 (eight-year-olds), Cal Ripken and Dizzy Dean (nine to twelve-year-olds), and Babe Ruth (thirteen to fifteen-year-olds).

The evaluations on January 27, 28, and February 3, 2018 will be held at the following times and locations:

Babe Ruth - 1:00 pm (Dickey Field)
Cal Ripken / Dizzy Dean - 1:00 pm (Callahan Field)
Rookie 7 - 2:00 pm (Hughes Field)
Rookie 8 - 3:30 pm (Best Field)

The evaluations on January 31, 2018 will be held at the following times and locations:

Cal Ripken / Dizzy Dean - 5:30 pm (Callahan Field)
Rookie 7 - 5:30 pm (Hughes Field)
Rookie 8 - 6:30 pm (Best Field)

All player drafts will occur by February 11, 2018

Rookie Notes:

All unprotected Rookie 7-8 players are required to attend only one evaluation session in order to be draft eligible.  Any player who does not attend a session will be assigned to a team.

Players who are noted as protected on a Head Coach's Team Declaration form will not be evaluated.

All registered Rookie 7-8 players will be selected or assigned to a team.

Cal Ripken / Dizzy Dean Notes:

Any player nine to twelve-years-old not already drafted into a Cal Ripken organization or currently on a Dizzy Dean organization must attend one of the four evaluation sessions.  

Any player nine to twelve-years-old that is currently with a Dizzy Dean organization but would like to join a Cal Ripken organization must attend one of the four evaluation sessions.  

All players who go through evaluations will be selected to either a Cal Ripken organization or a Dizzy Dean organization.  

Babe Ruth Notes:

Any player thirteen to fifteen-years-old not already drafted into a Babe Ruth organization must attend one of the four evaluation sessions.

All players will be selected based on their skill level and the availability of roster spots.
