Only those participants whose residence or the physical location of the school where they attend classes is within the boundaries of the league shall be eligible to participate.

However, on July 8, 2020, the Little League International Charter Committee granted waiver requests to grandfather in 74 out of boundary players that had participated at Junior Deputy Baseball prior to the league chartering with Little League International in February, 2020. Further, any player who does not reside in or the school where the attend classes is not WITHIN the league's boundaries must have an approved waiver issued by the Charter Committee at Little League International. All waiver requests to the Charter Committee must be submitted and approved in writing by the league president before the start of the of the league's regular season or June 1, whichever occurs first.
