- On weekdays, we will update the field status on our website by 3 pm.
- On weekends, we will update the field status on our website by 1 hour before the first scheduled event of the day.
- If weather conditions change after the daily field status update, we will send an e-blast notifying families that the park is closed.
- We will always close the park in the following scenarios:
- when projected wind chills are below 40 degrees.
- when lightning is in the area.
- when there is a flash flood risk.
- when there is potential for tornadoes.
- We reserve the right to close any field that is unplayable due to wet field conditions.
- On days when the park status is listed as partially open, you will need to check the field status of the particular field where your event is scheduled.
